Leads large-scale transformation, shaping and scaling new digital businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About S\u00f6ren<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00f6ren leads McKinsey\u2019s (Gen) AI Accelerator team globally, which helps clients capture business value by implementing business-backed (gen) AI solutions. Within this role, S\u00f6ren leads next-generation operating model transformations, including large-scale capability-building programs for clients in the advanced industries sector.
